- Orders and Payment

· Cash on Delivery (COD): If you choose COD, you must pay the full amount to the courier.
· Inspection Mandate: By placing an order, you agree to inspect the package in the presence of the courier before signing the delivery receipt and paying. Once the delivery receipt is signed, Eltair is released from any liability regarding missing items, wrong items, or visible physical damage.

· Return Shipping: The customer is solely responsible for the cost and arrangement of shipping items back to Eltair for returns or exchanges.
