We want you to love your Eltair purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund, subject to the terms below.

Return/Exchange Window:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return.

Condition of Returned Items:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

· Unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains, odors, or alterations.
· In its original packaging with all tags attached.
· Accompanied by the original invoice.

⚠️ Important: Return Shipping Costs
If you wish to return or exchange an item, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. We do not offer free return pickups. You must ship the item back to our warehouse using a reputable courier service.

Our Return Inspection Process:
Once we receive your returned package, our quality control team will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return criteria (unworn, tags intact, no damages).

· If approved: We will process your exchange or issue your refund. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (or store credit if preferred) within 7-10 business days of approval.
· If rejected: If the items are found to be worn, damaged, or missing tags, we will not be able to process the refund. We will contact you to arrange shipping the items back to you (additional shipping fees will apply).

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

· Sale or clearance items (All sales are final).
· Items without original tags.
